What is UPS Smart Pickup?
UPS Smart Pickup® is a scheduled pickup option that automatically notifies a UPS driver when you have processed a shipment using WorldShip®, UPS Internet Shipping, or UPS CampusShip®. If a package is not processed by a predetermined cutoff time, no pickup will occur. This scheduled pickup option is designed for customers who do not need a Daily Pickup but still want the convenience of an automatic pickup that doesn't require phone calls. By requiring UPS to come to your business only when you have a package to ship, you help UPS save fuel and reduce carbon emissions.

If you would like to open a UPS account and choose UPS Smart Pickup as your automatic scheduled pickup option, select Open a UPS Account below. If you have an existing UPS account and wish to change your pickup option to UPS Smart Pickup, select Maintain Your UPS Account below.
