How To Print Outgoing Shipment Labels Using UPS Internet Shipping

  1. In the Complete a Shipment process of UPS Internet Shipping, check the appropriate labels and receipt checkboxes to view and print. In your Shipping Preferences, you can choose to have the Receipt checkbox selected automatically. You can then uncheck any box if you do not want to print that label.

  2. When printing to a laser or inkjet printer, labels display in a single, new browser window. (Note: Some older browsers do not support this functionality; each label will display in a separate browser window.) Wait for the window to load completely. Select Print from the print dialogue box. (Note: Some older browsers do not support this functionality; in this case, select Print from the File menu in your browser.) If you are printing to a UPS Thermal Printer, the label will print automatically.

Note: If you are shipping from Asia, please print two copies of the label as one copy will be retained by UPS.
