How To Change Your Printing Preferences
Your labels and receipts print to your default printer. To change your printing preferences, select the Shipping tab at the top of the page. In the area at the left, select Set Preferences. Or to switch from your default printer to your UPS Thermal Printer at the Complete Shipment stage, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Printing Preferences portion of the page.
  2. Select Use my UPS Thermal Printer to print labels. (Uncheck the box to print your labels to your default laser or inkjet printer.) Or select Use my UPS Thermal Printer to print receipts. (Uncheck the box to print your labels to your default laser or inkjet printer.)

Note: The UPS Thermal Printer is not available in all countries.
