Here are some steps to try:
- Is your scale supported? UPS supports Mettler-Toledo and Fairbanks at this time.
- Is your scale connected to a USB port on the client computer?
- Is your operating system supported? Currently, we support only Microsoft Windows.
- Is the scale turned on?
- Does the weight appear in the window on the scale?
- Have you downloaded the components necessary to activate the Weigh It button?
