I have set my preferences to use a UPS scale to weigh packages, but I don't see the Weigh It button. What could be wrong?
Here are some steps to try:

  • Is your scale supported? UPS supports Mettler-Toledo and Fairbanks at this time.
  • Is your scale connected to a USB port on the client computer?
  • Is your operating system supported? Currently, we support only Microsoft Windows.
  • Is the scale turned on?
  • Does the weight appear in the window on the scale?
  • Have you downloaded the components necessary to activate the Weigh It button?
