How do I obtain a UPS Returns Flexible Access label?

UPS Shippers who have a contract for UPS Returns® Flexible Access service provide their customers with a UPS Returns Flexible Access label using the following:

  • Electronic Return Label

  • Print Return Label

  • Print and Mail

  • Authorized Return Service (ARS)

Note:
UPS Returns Flexible Access is available to return destinations in the United States for return origins in the United States and Puerto Rico (Authorized Return Service is only available in the 48 contiguous states).
