Log in to My UPS.
Select Shipping in the area at the top.
Select Get UPS Labels, Paks and More in the area at the left.
Select the Preprinted Forms image.
Select Edit adjacent to Ship To Information.
Select Use Alternate Account Number.
Select Yes.
Enter the alternate UPS Account Number and Postal Code.
Select Continue.
If you'd like to keep the same Ship To Information, select Continue. If you'd like to change the information, edit the appropriate fields then select Continue.
