Is there an additional charge for UPS to pick up my shipment?
You can schedule a UPS On-Call Pickup® online at ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS®. A charge will be assessed per pickup.

If you are a regular shipper, you may consider one of our scheduled pickup options. Each of these carries a weekly service charge. 

  • Daily Pickup and Daily On-Route Pickup will pick up from your location once each day, Monday through Friday.
  • UPS also offers UPS Smart Pickup® and Day-Specific Pickup for customers who may not ship every day.
