To void a shipment:
- Select Shipping at the top of the page.
- Select View History or Void Shipment under the Create a Shipment area in the navigation area to the left.
Note: If the new shipment you want to void does not appear in your history, wait several minutes and refresh the screen.
- Locate the shipment to be voided, select the radio button next to the shipment, and select Void Shipment.
- The shipment and all packages in the shipment will be voided and a red dot will appear next to the shipment. You can void packages from your Shipping History up to 90 days of processing the package.
