What are UPS My Choice Delivery Alerts?

UPS My ChoiceSM Delivery Alerts inform you about your UPS home deliveries so you can plan your day.

You can choose to receive Delivery Alerts by text message, e-mail, or voice message.

And, you can choose when you want to receive them:

  • Day Before Delivery Reminder: We notify you the day before your package is to be delivered and, when available, provide you with a four-hour approximate delivery time.
  • Morning of Delivery Alert: This alert is sent if the original delivery date or time of your package has changed and a new delivery date or time is scheduled or, if package information for the Day Before Delivery Reminder was unavailable.
  • Confirmation of Delivery: This alert notifies you that your package has been delivered.
 
Note: Phone calls are made between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., text messages are sent between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., and e-mail alerts are sent 24 hours a day. All times are local relative to your delivery address.
