What billing options are available for a UPS Import Control Shipment?
You can use your six-digit UPS Account number (Freight Collect) or third-party billing for your UPS Import ControlSM shipment.

Note:  If third-party billing is selected as the manner of payment for the import shipment and the charges are refused by the third-party, as the importer, or originator of the shipment, you are the responsible party for all charges associated with the import shipment including transportation, duty, and taxes.
