3 UPS Pickup Attempts: Allows the customer to request pickup of a UPS Returns® or UPS Import ControlSM shipment. UPS brings the shipment label to the pickup location and picks up the package.

If the package cannot be picked up on the first attempt, UPS will attempt to pick up the package on each of the next two business days. If the package cannot be picked up after the third attempt, the labels are returned to UPS.

UPS Returns® is available through WorldShip® and UPS online compatible shipping systems.

UPS Import Control is available through UPS online compatible shipping systems.
