If reports display incorrectly, first make sure you are viewing a billing data file provided by UPS. If you have previously opened the data file in other applications, added or deleted columns, or otherwise changed the data file, these actions could cause the tool to display incorrect data. Also, confirm that the start and end dates you entered are accurate. Third, go to the Management Reports tab in the tool and select the Consolidated Billing Summary report. That report should match your paper bill or PDF invoice. If you modified the customizable version of the Billing Analysis Tool, check the modifications you made to the tool.
