Why is the account number shown as a formula in the Billing Data File?

The account number is shown as a formula because the billing data file has been imported into Microsoft® Excel under a General format instead of a Text format. When this happens, fields that contain the letter E display as scientific notation. You can fix the problem by changing the file suffix from .csv to .txt and saving the new file.

Note: This problem will not occur with the Billing Analysis Tool because the tool imports alphanumeric fields as text values.
