How quickly will I receive pickup event notifications for my freight shipment?

Most notifications are near real time, or as close to real time as is possible, depending upon conditions when pickup events occur and are communicated by the driver. There is, however, always the possibility for a delay or discrepancy between when a pickup event occurs and it is relayed to the customer (due to factors beyond our control, such as making a pickup in an area that is out of cell tower range).
