How do I request a Guaranteed Service Refund?
Requests for Guaranteed Service Refunds (GSRs) can be made online at the UPS Billing Center (UPS Billing Center). Requests can also be made by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS®
(1-800-742-5877) and saying "Refund."
How long do I have to request a Guaranteed Service Refund?
Requests must be made within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date.
How long does it take to get my refund?
After your request is approved, the refund time will be based on your method of payment:
I ordered something online and paid for shipping. How do I get my refund?
- 1-2 billing cycles for account credits and payment card refunds
- Within two weeks for checks.
Requests for a Guaranteed Service Refund (GSR) should be made by the person or company who paid the UPS shipping charges to UPS. In this case, you should call the company that shipped and paid UPS directly and the company representative would request the refund.
