What if I receive a UPS Billing Center message that an invoice is not eligible for use with a payment card?

Based on UPS criteria, there are accounts that are not eligible to pay their invoices with a payment card (for example, a debit or credit card). If you receive this message it will be necessary to use another form of payment.

If you receive this message when paying multiple invoices, you will see a display of those invoices associated to accounts that are not eligible. You can proceed through the process and pay the invoices for those accounts that are payment card-eligible. You will then need to use another form of payment for the payment card-ineligible invoices.
