Is a UPS Shipper Account required to ship using UPS Internet Shipping?
No. If you are registered, only a My UPS ID and payment card (for example, a debit or credit card) are required. You may optionally bill your shipments to a UPS account if you open one.

If you are not registered, you can also create a one-time domestic shipment by payment card (credit card only) when you select the Ship as a Guest link on the UPS Internet Shipping log-in page.
