To enroll online, you'll need the following:

• A My UPS ID
• A UPS account number
• A digital image of your company letterhead (8in./20.32cm x 1.6in./4cm*)
• A digital image of your signature (0.5in./1.3cm-1in./2.5cm x 3.75in./9.5cm*)
• *Images should be in GIF, JPEG, or TIFF format, at 300dpi.

After you log in to your account, you should have all of the items noted above ready for upload. You will also be asked to accept the UPS Paperless Invoice Letter of Agreement. Once your enrollment process is completed, you'll be able to ship with UPS Paperless Invoice within 24 hours. Enrollment may require authentication of your account, in which case, billing invoice details will be requested.
