Changing Your Shipment Preferences
UPS offers three convenient ways to change your shipment preferences on the Web.


How To Ship Using Stored Preferences in UPS Internet Shipping

  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. In the area at the left, select Set Preferences.
  4. Set your preferences by selecting View/Edit for each of the shipping preferences you want to update. By setting your Shipping Preferences, you can have your default information automatically populate key fields within the Internet Shipping process to enable quick and easy shipping. To save your settings, select Update.
  5. Select Create a Shipment in the area at the left under Shipping.
  6. Complete the numbered sections. Enter or select the Ship To address.  
  7. When all package information has been entered to your satisfaction, you may review your shipment details to verify your shipping options and pricing information before your shipment enters the UPS system. If you do not wish to preview your shipment, uncheck the box for Review Shipping Details, including price, before completing this shipment.
  8. To complete your shipment and print your labels and receipt, select Next. You may be asked to complete information on the subsequent page for your added services or multiple packages.

How To Ship When Changing Shipping Options in UPS Internet Shipping

  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. In the area at the left, select Create a Shipment.
  4. Enter or select the Ship To address.
  5. Select Additional Services on the main page.
  6. You may review your shipment details to verify your shipping options and pricing information before your shipment enters the UPS system.
  7. Select Next to complete your shipment and print your labels and receipt.

How To Re-ship a Package Using UPS Internet Shipping

Re-shipping allows you to use shipping information from a previous shipment as your starting point for shipping a new package. Please follow these steps to re-ship a package.

  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select Create a Shipment, and then select View History or Void Shipment.
  4. Select the checkbox next to the desired shipment.
  5. Select Ship Again.
  6. Make any necessary changes to the shipping attributes and options of the previous shipment.
  7. Select Ship Now.
