How do I void a shipment?

You can find the nearest location by selecting Find Locations from the navigation menu under the Locations tab, or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). Some package restrictions apply.

UPS acquired MBE in April of 2001. Mail Boxes Etc., a UPS company, is the world's largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal and business services. In 2003, over 3,000 Mail Boxes Etc. locations in the domestic United States and Puerto Rico adopted the UPS brand, becoming The UPS Store® with new low rates direct from UPS. The UPS Store locations are independently owned and operated by licensed franchisees of Mail Boxes Etc., Inc., an indirect subsidiary of United Parcel Service, Inc.
Most locations of The UPS Store offer a full range of business and communications services, including, but not limited to:
- UPS shipping services
- Packing services
- Office/packing supplies
- Mailbox services
- Copying (B/W & Color)
- Faxing (send/receive)
- Document finishing services (laminating, collating, binding)

UPS Drop Boxes are self-service locations that accept all UPS service levels.
Located in nearly 40,000 business and retail areas, UPS Drop Boxes feature the latest possible pickup times and are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Many necessary shipping supplies are available at these locations. The maximum value or Declared Value per package shipped at a UPS Drop Box is US$500.

A Customer Center is a UPS-owned and staffed shipping location equipped to assist you with any UPS international, air, or ground package shipment. Most Customer Centers are found on-site at UPS operating facilities nationwide, with some in busy metropolitan areas. Hours of operation vary by location.
Most centers also provide packaging services and supplies (such as cartons, tape, bubble wrap, and CD/video mailers) for a small charge, and all accept prepaid drop-off packages that you process at UPS.com. With our Hold for Pickup service, we can also deliver and hold your package for later pickup at the Customer Center you select. Hold for Pickup is available free of charge at all centers.

Authorized Shipping Outlets (ASOs) are third-party retail locations where you can ship packages via UPS. They provide a variety of packaging services and usually offer shipping services from multiple carriers. The Authorized Shipping Outlet is responsible for all aspects of the transaction. Please note that rates and hours of operation may vary.

On-Call Pickup is a UPS pickup service that is available Monday through Friday for all UPS services. Additionally, Saturday pickup is available for all Next Day Air® and 2nd Day Air® services. UPS On-Call Pickup Service gives you the convenience of having your shipment picked up at your home or office simply by scheduling your pickup via UPS.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. In most areas, you can request a same-day pickup. Otherwise, you can schedule a pickup in advance for the next business day, or for later in the week, regardless of where you are located.
