I am expecting to receive a package. Can I have my package routed to another address?

If reports display incorrectly, first, make sure you are viewing a Flat File Bill provided by UPS. If you have already opened the data file in other applications, added or deleted columns, or otherwise changed the data file, it may no longer work in the tool.
Second, confirm that the start and end dates are accurate. Start and end days should always be Saturdays. Third, go to the Management Reports tab in the tool and select the Consolidated Billing Summary report. That report should match your summary paper bill.
If, after taking these actions, your problem is still unresolved, please contact UPS Technical Support. To navigate to the technical support page, select Get Technical Support below.

To print reports correctly, first ensure your print margins are set as small as possible. Go to the Windows Start menu and select Settings, then Printers. Right-click on the printer, and choose Properties. Within the Properties screen, locate the margin settings for your printer and set them as small as possible. If that does not fix the problem, try downloading the latest printer driver from your printer manufacturer's Web site.
