I am expecting to receive a package. Can I have my package routed to another address?
For security reasons, UPS does not reroute packages for consignees until one delivery attempt is made...

Attempt to determine when the system stopped responding. This helps determine how to proceed without having to cold boot the system, which sometimes causes database problems.
For instance, if the system stopped responding after selecting Process Shipment and no labels were issued, it could be a sign that the printers are having a problem. Turn off the printers and see if the system responds.
If the system is still not responding, send an email detailing the issue to UPS Technical Support. To access the form for UPS Technical Support, go to the Customer Service tab on UPS.com. Select E-mail UPS under Customer Support and then select Technical Support.
