How do I reprint my shipping labels?
In the Shipment History window, you can reprint a label for a specific package or reprint labels for an entire shipment.

To reprint package labels:

  1. In the Shipment History window, select Package to reprint a label for a specific package or select Shipment to reprint labels for an entire shipment.
  2. On the Activities menu, point to Reprint Labels and select Package Label(s). The labels print.

How do I reprint my freight labels?
In the Shipment History window:

  1. Select the plus sign (+) by Freight.
  2. Select the freight shipment  for which you want to reprint labels.
  3. On the Activities menu, point to Reprint Labels and select Reprint Freight Label(s). The labels print.

How do I reprint End of Day reports?
You can reprint the following End of Day reports: Daily Shipment Detail Report, High Value Report, Pickup Summary Barcode Report, UPS Manifest - Summary Section and UPS Manifest - Detail Section.

To reprint a report:

  1. In the Shipment History window, select the shipment group for which you want to reprint the report.
  2. On the Activities menu, point to Reprint Reports and select the report that you want to reprint. The report prints.

How do I reprint my freight reports?
You can reprint the following End of Day report: Bill of Lading and the Packing List.

To reprint a freight report:

In the Shipment History window, select the shipment group for which you want to reprint the report.

To reprint the Bill of Lading:

On the Activities menu, point to Reprint Reports and select BOL (Bill of Lading). The BOL report prints.

To reprint the Packing List:

  • On the Activities menu, select Reprint Packing List. The Packing list containing the commodities displays. 
  • Select the Print button, and the Packing list prints.

How do I reprint international documents?
To reprint international documents:

  • Display the Pickup Log (History) window.
  • In the UPS Pickups list, click on the shipment group for which you want to reprint documents.

    Note: The company name that you are shipping to must be highlighted in order to reprint these documents.

From the Activities menu, select Reprint International Documents and one of the following choices:

  • Reprint Invoice 
  • Reprint SED 
  • Reprint NAFTA 
  • Reprint CO 
  • Reprint Power of Attorney

The document prints.

Note: If one or more international documents are not available for the shipment, those choices are inactive.
