Why wasn't my package delivered in three days, as indicated?
"Three days" means three business days. Please note that the UPS Time in Transit Guarantee applies only to business days...

To process End of Day with WorldShip:
- Display the Pickup Log window.
- Review daily shipments in the Pending Pickup list. If all the shipments you processed are listed correctly, continue with Step 3. If not, edit shipments requiring changes and then return to the Pickup Log window.
- Select the End of Day button on the toolbar. The End of Day Processing window will prompt, "Are you ready to close today's shipping and send shipment information to UPS?"
- Note: If you are using Future Date Processing, WorldShip will perform an End of Day process on the currently active pickup.
- Select Yes to electronically send your shipment information to UPS and to print the End of Day reports.
- After the transmission, display the Pickup Log window to ensure the package information from the End of Day process is identified in the UPS Pickups list by date and time.
- Select the day and time entry and double check the status bar at the bottom of the window for confirmation of "Data Sent". If the message says "Data Not Sent", you may need to resend the data.
- Process your reports:
- Give your UPS driver the Pickup Summary Barcode Report and High Value Report (if printed) to take with the shipments.
- Keep the Daily Shipment Detail Report for your records (if you selected to print this report on the Shipment Detail Report Setup tab of the System Preferences Editor window).

The End of Day button becomes inactive in several situations:
- You are in the middle of processing a shipment.
- It is Saturday and you have only processed shipments for weekday pickup (i.e., none for Saturday pickup).
- It is a weekday, and you have only processed shipments for Saturday pickup (i.e., none for weekday pickup).
- You have not processed any shipments for the currently active pickup date.
- It is Sunday (you can only complete End of Day processing on weekdays and Saturdays).
If none of the above situations apply in your case, check the system date and time on your PC. Double-click the time on the Windows menu bar and make sure the date and time are correct. Then select the Time Zone tab and make sure the zone is correct for your area. If you change your system date or time, you must restart your PC before completing End of Day processing.
