Change Your Delivery Reroute or reschedule
to fit your needs

No one likes a missed delivery, or having to schedule time to stay home waiting for a package. Whether it's with UPS My Choice® or with a UPS InfoNotice®, UPS offers you the flexibility to change your delivery to fit your life - this time and every time.

In some cases, you may not be able to change delivery due to shipper restrictions. Contact the shipper to assist in changing your delivery. Premium charges apply to delivery changes made by phone. Save time and money by changing online.


UPS My Choice® gives you a new level of flexibility and control over home deliveries. You'll receive delivery alerts before the first delivery attempt and have the power to redirect or reschedule it to fit your needs.

With free membership, you get advance alerts so you can plan ahead, and the ability to reroute, reschedule and more for a small fee.

For just $40 a year, Premium Membership includes everything you get with free membership plus unlimited delivery changes and the flexibility of a delivery planner so you can see all your inbound deliveries.

Not Ready to become a Member?
You can also change your delivery using the UPS InfoNotice number you received notifying you of a missed delivery. Discover your options below and choose the one that works best for you.

UPS My Choice Features

Change with UPS InfoNotice

To change delivery using your UPS InfoNotice, select your preferred option listed below. From the Tracking screen, enter your 12-digit UPS InfoNotice number (found above the barcode) in the Track field and select the Track button.

On the Tracking Summary page, select the Change Delivery button and choose your preferred option. 

If there is a service fee for your request, you will be asked to provide a payment card number. Select Finish to complete your request. Print the confirmation page for your records.

Will Call

If you'd rather get your shipment at a nearby UPS facility, UPS will hold it for you to pick up on a future date. Same Day Will Call may also be available.

Note: There is no charge for Will Call.

Redirect

If you'll be away on delivery day, or you prefer a friend receive your shipment, you can redirect it to a different delivery address.

Reschedule

Want to receive your shipment at the original address but need to change the date? Just give us a future date and we'll reschedule delivery.

Note: Charges apply if your request is completed.

Return to Sender

After a delivery attempt has been made and you realize you don't want to accept the shipment, simply request UPS return it to the sender.

Note: There is no charge for Return to Sender.
