UPS My Choice
As a UPS My Choice Member, you can make changes to your home deliveries prior to the first delivery attempt. Plus, Members receive delivery alerts and estimated delivery windows, when available, for their packages.
If you weren't home when we attempted to deliver your package, you probably received a UPS InfoNotice®. You can use the UPS InfoNotice to change the delivery of your package. Choose from one of the following options.

To make delivery changes over the phone, feel free to contact UPS 24 hours a
day. Note that premium charges may apply to delivery changes made by phone.
Use your UPS InfoNotice number or tracking number to request a Return to Sender, either after the first delivery attempt or up to five days after a package has been delivered.
You can also Refuse Delivery in person when your driver arrives at your address to deliver a package.
Note: If you're receiving a package, you may not be able to
change your delivery due to shipper restrictions. Contact the shipper to assist
in changing your delivery.
