| Change Your Delivery Options |
- From the UPS.com homepage, select Tracking.
- Enter a UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking Numbers field. This will take you to the Tracking Summary page.
- In the Package Progress section, select the link to Choose Another Delivery Option.
- You will have four options to select: Will Call, Delivery to Another Address, Reschedule Delivery, or Return to Sender. Make your selection and choose the Next button.
- Regardless of your selection of delivery option, UPS requires additional information to complete delivery. Complete the required details and select Finish.
- UPS automatically sends you a Confirmation page that you can print for your records.
