Track your package and select "Change My Delivery" to request a one-time passcode sent to your email.

With UPS Delivery Intercept®, you must request an intercept prior to delivery.
- Request the package be returned to you or redirect the package to another address.

- Reschedule the delivery for another day.
Correct Your Delivery Address
If there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you can make small adjustments or add necessary details to your address.

Enter your UPS tracking number.

This appears in the yellow bar at the top of the page. If this is unavailable, you’ll need to contact the sender.

Edit the zip code, add an apartment number or make other adjustments.

Use the UPS Delivery Notice number or the tracking number to track your package for the most current status. If you need to request a delivery change, select Change Delivery on the tracking page. If you are a UPS My Choice member, log in at UPS.com to request a delivery change. If you are a guest, you can make the request using the UPS Delivery Notice number.
Becoming a UPS My Choice member is free and gives you greater control over when and where your shipments will be delivered. As a member, you can request a delivery change such as delivery date or address, pick up deliveries at a UPS location or tell your UPS driver where to leave packages when you aren't home.
