If you believe your package is lost, report the loss to request that UPS perform a tracking system search. If the package is not found, the shipper can file a claim for the replacement value of the package contents up to the declared value.
If your package was damaged in transit, report the damage. If the damage is confirmed by UPS, the shipper can file a claim for the repair or replacement value of the package contents up to the declared value.
If you purchased C.O.D. service, but did not receive the C.O.D. payment, report the missing payment. If your C.O.D. payment cannot be collected, you can file a claim for the amount of the payment.
Monitor the status of your lost or damaged package or uncollected C.O.D., or submit documents in support of a claim. If you have located a missing package or C.O.D., you can cancel a claim from the Check Status page after entering your package details.
