UPS will conveniently hold on to your packages for a limited time

Overview
Hold for Pickup allows you to pick up your packages at a convenient UPS facility.

Packages are delivered to the UPS facility of your choice and UPS calls the consignee by telephone for pickup
Packages are usually available by 8:30 a.m. on the scheduled day of delivery
Packages not picked up within five business days from the date of arrival will be returned to the shipper
Hold for Pickup service is not available for Saturday delivery shipments

Instructions
To request Hold for Pickup:

Call UPS Customer Service to determine the most convenient UPS-staffed Customer Center location.
Complete an address label showing the words "Hold for Pickup," and enter the consignee's name, telephone number, the name of a contact person, and the full address of the UPS facility for each package.
Apply a UPS Hold for Pickup label above the address label on the package.

When picking up the package, the recipient is required to present a government issued photo ID, such as driver's license, passport, military ID, etc. If a customer's representative or agent is picking up the package, a release letter or a company ID is required.
