Services Overview
Shipments Cleared Faster, Easier, and with Less Hassle
Whether you're exporting or importing, our experience and technology will get your shipments cleared.

Since 1985, UPS has provided outstanding value and service on customs clearance of UPS international shipments. We handle your shipment every step of the way, eliminating third-party brokerage, so your routine customs clearance stays routine - quick, smooth, and dependable.

Customs clearance begins while your shipment is still in transit. UPS is electronically linked with customs in the United States, Canada, and major countries throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

We clear every shipment with expertise and personal attention. Our customs brokerage experts are dedicated to monitoring the latest import and export compliance laws and regulations. We have developed an integral working relationship with U.S. Customs & Border Protection for the fastest solution to all of your customs brokerage needs.

We take a personalized approach to brokerage, offering a streamlined process that facilitates the movement of customers' most frequently shipped goods through customs.

We employ our own staff of skilled customs brokerage specialists worldwide. This expertise means you get rating accuracy, customer service responsiveness, and a confidence level that's second to none.

UPS also provides non-routine services, which include formal entry clearance, live entry clearance, temporary import bonds, and duty drawbacks.
