UPS accepts hazardous materials on a contract basis only. This contract stipulates that customers must computer generate the UPS Hazardous Materials Shipping Paper or Shipper's Declaration. The following vendors offer hazardous material shipment preparation software that is compatible with UPS OnLine® WorldShip® 2008 version 10.0 or higher. Third-party vendor shipping systems may also interface with these approved Hazardous Materials software vendors or may contain their own hazardous materials modules. These systems may also be used for shipping hazardous materials. The appropriate software name and version are shown for each vendor.
Your hazardous materials software must be installed before you install WorldShip 2008 version 10.0.
Note: UPS OnLine WorldShip 2008 version 10.0 or higher can also be used to process hazardous materials. This version can prepare appropriate documentation and transmit information electronically to UPS.

As the shipper, you may utilize the Online WorldShip 2008 version 10.0 or higher or a comparable system which will provide UPS with the necessary electronic information.
