Pay Your Bill
Payment Methods
UPS accepts the following forms of payment. Note: UPS reserves the right to provide and approve billing and payment schedules and payment methods. The shipper should check with their bank to ensure that there are no fees for electronic transactions.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (Debit EFT): You can arrange to have payment electronically requested and automatically debited from your bank account. This payment method can be used in conjunction with any billing and payment schedule.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (Credit EFT): You can arrange to have payment electronically requested and automatically withdrawn from your bank account. This payment method can be used in conjunction with any billing and payment schedule.
  • Check: You can send checks through the postal service with the UPS-provided remittance statement. This payment method can be used in conjunction with any billing and payment schedule.
  • Credit Card: You can arrange to have payment automatically debited from a credit card. Credit cards accepted include American Express®, Discover® Card, MasterCard® and VISA®. Credit cards can only be used to pay for shipping costs and cannot be used to pay duties and taxes.

Alternate Payment Methods
UPS offers two prepayment plans that provide greater bill paying convenience. Under either plan, you prepay an amount equal to four weeks' average billing. This payment remains on account to cover one month's anticipated UPS charges. The amount needed on account may change, depending on your shipping activity. Late Payment Fees apply.

  • Monthly Prepayment Plan: The shipper makes a prepayment with UPS in an amount equal to four weeks' anticipated charges as estimated by UPS. Upon notice to the shipper, UPS may change the required prepayment amount at any time to reflect a revised estimate of four weeks' charges.
  • Weekly Prepayment Plan: The shipper makes a prepayment with UPS in an amount equal to four weeks' anticipated charges as estimated by UPS. Upon notice to the shipper, UPS may change the required prepayment amount at any time to reflect a revised estimate of four weeks' charges.
