| Migration to UPS Billing Center Begins for Select Customers |
Beginning February 2013, select customers will be prompted to migrate to the UPS Billing Center to continue receiving UPS PDF Invoice files. Impacted customers will be contacted through a UPS tech alert email.
The UPS Billing Center website provides the benefits of UPS PDF Invoice, while providing greater control and simplifying your billing. Enrolling in the UPS Billing Center gives you access to the following online capabilities:
- View PDF copies of your UPS invoices
- Download CSV files of your UPS invoices
- Pay your invoices online via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Authenticating Your Account:
- Customers without a My UPS ID: Register for a My UPS ID and then enroll in the UPS Billing Center using that ID. To complete the enrollment process, you will need one of your last three invoices to authenticate the account.
- Customers with a My UPS ID: Enroll in the UPS Billing Center using your My UPS ID. To complete the enrollment process, you will need one of your last three invoices to authenticate the account.
If the account or Consolidated Payment Plan (CPP) is already enrolled in the UPS Billing Center, you will be notified at enrollment to contact your UPS Billing Center administrator. For assistance in locating the administrator or for technical support, contact UPS Billing Center support at 1-866-717-2692. |

| Addition of SCS Freight Invoices (Effective June 2012) |
Effective June 2012, UPS introduced UPS electronic billing for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Brokerage, and Mail Innovations bills. This enhancement provides UPS small package, UPS Freight, and UPS Supply Chain Solutions customers with the ability to access multiple UPS bills at one convenient location on ups.com.
Enrolling in the UPS Billing Center gives you access to the following online capabilities:
- View PDF copies of your UPS invoices

| Single Login (Effective January 2012) |
As of January 2012, you were prompted to convert your UPS Billing Center ID and password to a My UPS ID and password. This update enables you to access multiple UPS services and applications on ups.com, such as UPS Internet Shipping, tracking and billing services, with a single login and password.
Note: Effective November 1, 2012, if you have not converted your UPS Billing Center ID to a My UPS ID, you will no longer be able to log into the UPS Billing Center and must contact Technical Support. |
