In the U.S., Canada, and Europe, your UPS package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. UPS Ground and UPS Standard packages are delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Up-to-date information about the status of your shipment is available through the Tracking application.
If you have a Locations tab at the top of this page, select the tab. Then select Find Locations from the area on the left.If you do not have a Locations tab, go to the Shipping tab and select Find Locations from the area on the left. Enter your address or phone number to find the UPS location closest to you.
Your package is still within the UPS network and, unless otherwise noted, should be delivered on the Scheduled Delivery Date. Package movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the UPS delivery system.
Common scans you might see when tracking your package:
Three days means three business days (not counting the day of pickup). Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of UPS.

My UPS offers enhanced features for tracking, such as online Proof of Delivery. With Proof of Delivery, you can find out what time a shipment arrived at its destination and generate a Proof of Delivery letter for your records.
To request Proof of Delivery, follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to My UPS. 2. Select the Tracking tab at the top of the page. This will take you to the Tracking main page. 3. Enter your Tracking Number in the input field, or select a previously saved tracking number.4. Select Track. 5. Select Proof of Delivery on the Tracking Detail page to display a printable Delivery Notification page.

UPS has received the electronic transmission of shipment detail from the shipper and a label has been created for your shipment. UPS does not actually have possession of this package until there is an additional scan on the package.
No action is required at this time. You may choose to contact the sender to confirm that they have given the shipment to UPS. If they have, the shipment is currently moving within the UPS network and will be delivered on the Scheduled Delivery Date. This is the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment.
