I'm new to international shipping and need help sending a package.
Start with the items under "Ship Internationally with UPS", particularly the Step-by-Step Guide to International Shipping. This guide will give you a broad overview of shipping internationally. You may also want to download a copy of the UPS International Shipping How-To Guide for offline reference.

If you're ready to send a package now, you'll need to complete the necessary international forms. You can complete forms online using UPS Internet Shipping, or you can download the forms, and complete them by hand. Either way, the calculators and converters in the Trade Tools and Terminology section will help.

For specific customs information, you should always look in Country Regulations.

I know how to ship internationally, but would like to save time.
Start with the Quick-Reference Guide for Avoiding Delays. Here, you'll find the three major reasons that international shipments are delayed, and how to avoid them.

Access our database of country-specific trade requirements in Country Regulations.

Use the calculators and converters in Trade Tools and Terminology for completing your international forms. You'll also find links to Schedule B and Harmonized Tariff (HTS) codes.

Of course, using UPS Internet Shipping is the easiest way to create your shipping label and complete your international forms at the same time.
