| With UPS Tracking, you can get instant status on up to 25 package or freight shipments at once--at no cost to you. Use your UPS tracking number, your UPS InfoNoticeTM number, or a reference of your choice to determine the status of your shipments in the UPS system. |
| Shipment Tracking |
| Enter up to 25 tracking numbers at UPS.com, or check the status on previously saved tracking numbers (available if you are logged in to My UPS). A tracking number, such as a UPS InfoNotice number or PRO number, is used to identify and trace a shipment as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. |
| Reference Tracking |
| You or your customer can track shipments using reference information--such as a Purchase Order (PO) number, Bill of Lading number, or invoice number--that you assign. This innovative tracking method can be used after preparing shipments using UPS WorldShip® and compatible systems, UPS Internet Shipping, and UPS-approved shipping systems. |
| E-mail Tracking |
| If it's easier for you, drop us an e-mail at totaltrack@ups.com. If tracking one item, note the number in the subject line. If tracking multiple shipments, list up to 25 in the e-mail message. A detailed response will be e-mailed to you. |
| Import Tracking Numbers |
| Importing saves you time by allowing up to 100 tracking numbers to be tracked at one time. The tracking results can be sent to you by e-mail or returned to you in a comma separated value (CSV) file that you can use in other spreadsheet applications. |
