UPS PDF Invoice is an exact copy of your UPS paper bill, in a convenient electronic PDF format. When your invoice is ready, UPS will send an e-mail to up to five e-mail addresses of your choice. A link in the e-mail allows recipients to securely download the PDF copy of the invoice.

Registering for UPS PDF Invoice
If you are already enrolled at My UPS, please follow these steps to register for UPS PDF Invoice:
- Select Enroll in UPS PDF Invoice under Next Steps.
- If you have not previously entered your My UPS Log In Information, enter both your User ID and Password.
- Enter your account information and select Next to authenticate your UPS account.
- Enroll in UPS PDF Invoice.
If you do not have a My UPS account, please follow these steps to register for UPS PDF Invoice:
- Select Enroll in UPS PDF Invoice under Next Steps.
- Select Register at the bottom of the Login or Register page.
- Complete the My UPS registration.
- Enter your account information and select Next to authenticate your UPS account.
- Enroll in UPS PDF Invoice.
