If you have a My UPS ID, you can request SMS tracking notifications when first tracking on ups.com®--just select "Request Status Updates" to opt-in for each shipment you want to monitor. You can also share tracking updates with up to four other phone numbers.
If you're away from your office and need to ship or print, there are nearly 4,400 The UPS Store® locations ready to help you. The professionally-trained staff will expertly pack your item, regardless of size, shape, weight, or fragility. And if an item packed at a participating location and shipped by UPS is damaged or lost in transit, you will be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to lesser of actual value, replacement, or repair cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services, plus shipping charges (excluding declared value charges).
