But what happens when you discover the package you've sent needs to go to a different address, or maybe you want it sent back to you?
That's when you log on to My UPS and request a UPS Delivery Intercept®.
With UPS Delivery Intercept you have the ability to maintain control of your package as it moves through the UPS network.
Using either the UPS Shipping or Tracking systems, you can request an intercept at any time prior to the delivery of your package. When you submit a Delivery Intercept request, you can ask that UPS:
