When you sign up for UPS My Choice®, we alert you to incoming shipments and give you the flexibility to reschedule, redirect, or authorize shipment release online so we can leave packages when you won't be home to sign in person.
With two membership levels to choose from, UPS My Choice and UPS My Choice Premium, you can set your preferences--like text, voice, or email alerts--and determine your priorities when it comes to managing your UPS home deliveries.
To help make sure your packages are delivered on your schedule, UPS My Choice members have several options to choose from:
Need to place a vacation hold? UPS My Choice Members and Premium Members can reschedule or reroute deliveries while traveling by using UPS My Choice Vacation Options. Members will be charged a $5 per-package fee for each change. Premium Members can request unlimited delivery changes.
UPS My Choice Members and Premium Members living in a gated community or secured apartment building can provide a security access code for their UPS Driver.
Upgrade UPS SurePost Packages to UPS Ground:
UPS My Choice Members and Premium Members can now upgrade an eligible UPS SurePost® package to UPS Ground service for an additional fee. Packages upgraded to UPS Ground typically arrive one day earlier. And once a package is upgraded, Members and Premium Members can reschedule or reroute deliveries to The UPS Store® or a UPS Access PointTM location for free.
Note: After you successfully complete the registration process, you may have to wait up to five minutes before you can reroute or reschedule the delivery of your package.
