When you sign up for UPS My Choice®, we alert you to incoming shipments and give you the flexibility to reschedule, redirect, or authorize shipment release online so we can leave packages when you won't be home to sign in person.
With two membership levels to choose from, UPS My Choice and UPS My Choice Premium, you can set your preferences--like text, voice, or email alerts--and determine your priorities when it comes to managing your UPS home deliveries.
To help make sure your packages are delivered on your schedule, UPS My Choice members have several options to choose from:
UPS My Choice Members and Premium Members can reschedule or reroute deliveries while traveling with UPS My Choice Vacation Options. Members will be charged a $5 per package fee for all changes. Premium Members can request unlimited delivery changes.
Members or Premium Members living in a gated community or secured apartment building can provide a security access code for their UPS Driver.
Upgrade to UPS Ground:
UPS My Choice Members or Premium Members can now upgrade a UPS SurePost® or UPS Basic package to UPS Ground for an additional fee. Packages upgraded to UPS Ground typically arrive one day earlier. And once a package is upgraded, Members and Premium Members can reschedule or redirect delivery to an alternate address or to The UPS Store®.
Note: After successfully completing the registration process, there may be a delay of up to 90 minutes before you can use the change delivery options available with your UPS My Choice Membership.
