Severe Weather Impacting Deliveries in the Northeast
Service Update

Wednesday, March 26, 2014

Severe winter weather is currently impacting deliveries in Massachusetts. We are committed to moving shipments to their final destinations as quickly as possible and are making every effort to deliver to all impacted areas. We are balancing our priorities of employee safety and customer service.

Affected ZIP Codes

The weather is causing unavoidable service delays in the ZIP Codes listed below. No pickups, deliveries, UPS On-Call Pickup® service, or Customer Center operations are available at this time. Continue to check ups.com® for the latest information on service delays and to track the status of your packages.

Resources

To receive information on your packages via email or text, use the Request Status Updates feature when tracking your shipment's progress on ups.com. Simply track your shipment and select Request Status Updates to be notified when the status of your package has changed. Please continue to check ups.com for service updates as well.

For more information about the service impact on UPS Freight® pickups and deliveries, please visit UPS Freight.

Note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to events of this nature.
