Areas of coastal Texas and Louisiana are under mandatory evacuation orders due to Hurricane Rita. UPS services, including scheduled Pickup, Delivery, and On-Call Pickup Services are delayed, limited, or in some cases suspended in the affected areas. Scheduled hours at UPS Customer Centers have also been impacted in the affected areas. In accordance with UPS Terms and Conditions, service guarantees will not apply where transportation networks are disrupted.
