Denver Region Delivery Status
Service Update

Heavy snow continues to fall in the Denver area, causing delays in pickups and deliveries throughout eastern Colorado. The severe winter weather is expected to continue through the holiday weekend. Segments of interstate highways are closed. Airports are operating at limited capacity, and many rural and residential areas remain inaccessible.

UPS is making every effort to deliver packages and freight on Friday and Saturday, as conditions allow. Extra drivers and package handling staff will be working extra hours Jan. 2-5 to deliver storm-delayed shipments as quickly as possible.

The UPS package guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted. To track individual packages or shipments, please select the Tracking tab above.
