Service is once again available to all ZIP Codes in New Orleans and the entire U.S. Gulf Coast region. UPS pickup, delivery and On-Call Pickup services are offered throughout the area, and all customer counters are open. Please note that some service delays may occur. Recovery work and restricted public access may affect the movement of packages in the Gulf area, particularly in New Orleans and coastal Mississippi. Per UPS Terms and Conditions, service guarantees do not apply where transportation networks are disrupted. We recommend you contact your recipients in New Orleans before you ship, to determine if they are receiving deliveries. Undeliverable shipments will be returned to the sender.
