Within the U.S. and Canada:
To find the status of a package problem or claim for a package with an origin and destination within the U.S. and Canada, follow these steps:
Select Check Claim Status below or:
- Select Support in the area at the top of the page.
- Select Claims located under the Receiving Your Shipment section.
- Select Check Status.
- Complete the required fields and select Submit.
Outside the U.S. and Canada:
To find the status of a claim for a package with an origin or destination outside the U.S. and Canada, follow these steps:
- Select Support in the area at the top of the page.
- From the Contact UPS area, select E-mail UPS. If no E-mail UPS option exists, select the Contact UPS link within the Contact UPS area.
- If using the E-mail UPS form, complete all of the required fields and select Submit.
