Scheduling a Pickup

With UPS Pickup, you can arrange to have your shipment picked up at your home or office. To schedule your pickup online, follow these steps:
- Select Shipping in the area at the top.
- Select Schedule a Pickup in the area at the left.
- Select the date and time you would like your package picked up.
- Enter the required customer information or choose a name from your Address Book.
- Select or enter your UPS Account Number.
- Enter an e-mail address for the contact person at your requested pickup location. This optional information will allow you to electronically communicate information about the shipment.
- Select Next.
- Enter the number of Letters and/or Packages that need to be picked up for each Service Type.
- Select Next.
- Provide Tracking Numbers and method of payment information for any UPS Ground or 3 Day Select packages.
- Select Next.
- Verify the details of your pickup request.
- Select Submit to receive your pickup confirmation.
After you submit a pickup request, you will receive a confirmation and a Pickup Request Number. Please print this confirmation page for future reference. You will need the Pickup Request Number to cancel, modify, or track the status of your pickup.
