Customs clearance procedures for High Value import shipments to Russia
Except when shipping to Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Vladivostok, Stavropol, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk and Nizhny Novgorod, shippers need to be aware of the following customs clearance procedures for import shipments to Russia.

Non-document shipments will not be delivered if their customs value exceeds EUR 200 per recipient per week or if they are subject to individual customs clearance procedure.

No matter if the intended recipient of such a shipment is a private or business party, the shipments, including goods ordered online,  will be returned to the sender under the primary re-export regime, i.e. UPS will prepare the shipments for re-export without applying import procedures first.
