New UPS customs set up at Vnukovo airport
Service Update

In a continuous effort to improve customer service, UPS has established an operations and sorting center in Vnukovo airport. With immediate effect, all UPS inbound shipments to Russia will be processed by the customs authorities at Vnukovo airport.

During the transition period we anticipate a significant increase of shipments processed by the customs authorities at Vnukovo airport and some customers may experience a slight delay in their shipment as a result. UPS will do its utmost to ensure shipments reach their final destinations as soon as possible during the transition period.
