Learn How Easy It Is to Ship Online
Whether you send one shipment a month or several shipments a day, UPS Internet Shipping is the fastest, most convenient shipping solution on the Web. To get started shipping, all you need is an Internet connection, a printer, a My UPS ID, and either a payment card (for example, a debit or credit card) or a UPS account for billing. You also have the option of making a one-time, single-piece shipment using a domestic UPS service and paying with a payment card (credit card only), without having to register first.

1. Create Your Label
Create Shipping Labels
Begin the online shipping process by logging in to My UPS and selecting Create a Shipment from the Shipping tab. Answer the following questions to complete your shipment and create your label:


  • Where is this shipment going?
  • Where is this shipment coming from?
  • What are you shipping?
  • How would you like to ship?
  • Would you like to add a shipment reference?
  • How would you like to pay?
  • Would you like to schedule a collection?

2. Print Your Label
Print Shipping Labels
After you enter your shipment details and select Ship Now, a confirmation screen will display with instructions for printing your label. Most printers will print a label on regular paper or sheets of labels when you select Print. Securely attach your label to the shipment.


3. Give UPS Your Shipment
Get Delivery Support
Within minutes of starting the shipping process, you're ready to get your shipment to UPS. You can drop off your shipment at the nearest UPS shipping location, give your shipment to a UPS driver or schedule a collection.

Change Your Mind?
You can void a document or shipment that has not been shipped. Select void from the Create a Shipment confirmation screen or from your Shipping History.

Select Set Preferences from the Shipping tab to record your most frequently used options for shipping, tracking, notification and billing.
