Modifying a Collection Request

To make changes to a collection request you previously submitted, follow these steps:
- Select Shipping in the area at the top.
- Select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left, then select Collection Status.
- Enter the Collection Request Number for the collection you would like to modify and select Submit. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your collection request.
- Select Modify Collection on the View Collection Status page.
- Make the desired changes to your collection request.
- If you are modifying a collection request for UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground, you will be required to re-enter the Tracking Number and payment method for each package.
- When you are finished modifying your collection request, select Next. A confirmation page will be displayed verifying the changes you made to the collection request.
- Print this confirmation page for your records and for future reference.
